[mohaa] server performance

I think I mentioned this before..but I'm pushing 11-13 16 man tdm moh games 
on a dual 2000+ amd server with 2GB of ram. This server also gets 100% 
full...meaning 176-208 players AT ONCE. I just purchased another one. You
