Hi Ed,

Simple answers:

1 - No, but you can do it with a mod, Check Dogmeat's  Mod.
2 - I don't thing so...
3 - Thah you can do with a cvar: g_allowjointime X // Been X in seconds
4 - You can do that with a mod. Every time a player is in Spectador
mode, you can use a mod, that draw's a black hud so that he can't see
what's happening.

1.- Is there a setting to balance teams automatically ?

2.- Can it be done from Console ?

3.- How about about restricting the time it will allow players to change
teams ?

4.- How to disable spec mode at all.
