Sounds like the game is going out of sync and/or the event queue
is overflowing.

Is this always the case, or does this happen after some playing? Does it
happen to everyone or just some players?

(Just trying this briefly, none of the things I tested were
problematic...jumping, crouching, grenades...this was just a 30 second
test, though.)
