No it hasn't expired was just me being stupid.
Not enough sleep is my excuse :p

Looking at the readme it "should" expire on 1st march.

OK, you guys are making me nervous.  I was planning on installing a new 
kernel this morning.  Has beta 2 now expired?  I'll put the installation 
off if MOHAA won't fire up after a reboot.

I remember Ryan suggesting he was getting concerned about the timeline.
