Thanks Brad good reminder - test ip is at 64.237.44.3 or 64.237.39.242. Our 
network is all premium bandwidth using Cable & Wireless as the backbone with 
multiple Gigabyte peering partners such as Intermap, Net Access, and wiltel. 
Probably the best quality out here in the east coast in terms of ping.
