	r_drawworld 0 + r_novis > 1       	-> WallHack (Only Doors
and Windows)
	r_farplane_nofog > 1			-> No Fog
	r_farplane_nofog > 1 + r_farplane > 1 +
		 set r_farplane_nocull > 1	-> No Fog with no vision
range limitation
	r_lightmap > 1				-> White Walls
	cg_3rd_person > 1				-> 3rd Person
Hack
	r_picmip > 3				-> Picmip
	
	Some Notes:
		r_novis don't work alone. It's used to refresh de image.
		Some cvars, like r_drawbrushmodels, don't work without
r_novis > 1.
		r_farplane don't work without r_farplane_nocull and
r_farplane_nofog
		r_farplane_nocull isn't needed without r_farplane

This are some of the checks Recon Beta 0.10 does.
I'can imagine that ppl are saying that I've opened the Pandora box...
