MOTD how?

Yer I would like to know if their is a command line way of doing this as we
really need a way to set MOTD on a server by server basis.

can anyone get Message of the Day working on Spearhead???? Help anyone.
Doesnt do it the same way that Allied Assault does with the localization.txt
file
