go to www.mohadmin.com there should be lots of things to do what you want.
Any of the tools that you use to run on your own pc that connects to a
windows server to display msg's will also run on a linux server i believe.

There was also a perl script (or series of perl scripts) that ran on the
linux box that not only did that but looked after tk'ing and other things.

  Anyway, John, the program goes by ServerWatch. Of course it requires
Windows to run the ServerWatch program, unless you can get it to run on

  anyone here preferred running MOHAA on Windows over Linux and vice versa.
