You cant use the same port on different IP's IF they use the same
Network Card.

Traffic

Can I clarify this?

So it's possible to have 2 or more IPs on the same PC and have the SAME
port assignments??

For example:

192.168.1.10 port 12203
192.168.1.11 port 12203

Or do they need to have two different ports? didn't think you can use
th same port.
