Some of us don't have Windows boxes with the software installed...
 
I only have the linux server, and have no client.

Dude, 
 
run the exe on a win based machine, it modifies the pk3 files and adds
to them some more scripts as well
 
then copy the pk3s to your linux box

That is exactly what i mean, they are all windows based, i am looking
for a linux based anticheat.

I run a linux spearhead server and the program I use is windows based,
it is called ci (counter intelligence) from www.invisiblewarriors.com

U have to add a couple of there pk3 files to your mainta a directory to
get the full benifts from it but it works great for me.
