[mohaa] Server Requirements

Counter Inelegance ..  counter cheat stuff somewhat usefull.  It can be
found at www.mohadmin.com

I run CI, DogTagz & MAM with MAMMapFixes and MOH Swear Filter.


Along those lines is anyone running Delator or Pandora?  If so what ya
think?  Is there anything out there to stop chameleon hacks?
