Spearhead Server lag with > 20 players

Hey guys,

I am seeing pretty bad lag in my Spearhead server when more than 20 
players hop in. I am running BETA5 of spearheadlinuxded on Redhat 7.3 with 
the 2.15 patch of spearhead installed.

Are there any settings in the server.cfg that I can tweak with?

Is there anything else I should looking at to see why it is laggy with a 
bunch of people on?

How much bandwidth does each spearhead client require?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
