spearhead not starting

[SIU Ryan]

            When I try to start a spearhead server this is the only
thing I get. It never shows up in the gamespy, hlsw, or I cant join it
from in game either. Am I doing something wrong. Or am I a total noob? I
have mohaa working perfectly and its pretty much the same setup. Any
help would be great. I have included the directory listing under my
/mainta/ dir so that you can see the files I have.
