Hello geno,

Depending upon the map, players will be able to respawn and the map won't end until the timelimit is reached.  Omaha Beach is a good example.  If the map you are talking about is supposed to restart after all players are dead, perhaps you are setting something in your server configuration file that is causing the problem.  Try using as plain a setup as you can and see if the problem still exists.
