[mohaa] MOH Anti-Cheat Tool 'Ponto40'

Just a thought, but if the people who designed it can explain what they did
on the server side, it might be possible to duplicate the logic and make it
work for Linux too.

In my opinion, it would be much better if something like PunkBuster or CSHP
could be employed that doesn't require players to do anything.  In my
experience, there are too many players who either don't pay attention or
lack the necessary skills to configure much of anything.  You don't have to
spend too much time someplace like GameSpy chat to see countless instances
of people who don't have a clue.
