mohaa linux startup

hey all,
 
I am familiar with running a dedicated linux counter strike server, and
am fairly familiar with redhat 7.2 (what i run currently). I have copied
the win32 installation from my windows game rig to the linux server and
then installed the 1.11 binaries. What next? Is there a file with more
instructions on starting the server, and how to configure it?
