Hello Magnus,

Some things that will keep players from being able to join is the version of
their client and the sv_maxPing cvar. One thing that might be helpful is to
set the following in your server.cfg file:

logfile 2
developer 2

This should create a log file named:

~/.mohaa/main/qconsole.log

It will also force the game server to output much more information that
might help in determining the problem with players connecting. For example,
with developer set to 2, a connection message will look something like this:

SVC_DirectConnect ()
>>>\challenge\190182220\qport\47720\protocol\8\rate\20000\dm_playermodel\ame
rican_ranger\dm_playergermanmodel\german_waffenss_shutze\name\Shockwave\snap
s\20<<<
version 8 connecting to 8
Client 0 connecting with 300 challenge ping
Shockwave is preparing for deployment
Shockwave : dropped gamestate, resending
SV_SendClientGameState() for Shockwave
Going from CS_PRIMED to CS_ACTIVE for Shockwave
Warning: cvar "g_maxplayerhealth" given initial values: "750" and "250"
Shockwave has entered the battle

If the player has a ping that exceeds the limit imposed by sv_maxRate, it
will look something like this:

SVC_DirectConnect ()
>>>\challenge\563548628\qport\52619\protocol\8\rate\20000\dm_playermodel\ame
rican_ranger\dm_playergermanmodel\german_waffenss_shutze\name\Shockwave\snap
s\20<<<
version 8 connecting to 8
Client 0 connecting with 3800 challenge ping
Client 0 rejected on a too high ping

In any event, I'm hopeful that these settings I have mentioned will at least
you will get some more feedback from the game server about the connection
issues you are having. Set them and then try to connect and see what shows
in the log.
