[mohaa] Testing 1.5MB/1.5MB Cable Modem

Still pretty amazing that you are playing on a server out of my house in
Southern California from Northern Norway, Brr! -- The wonders of technology.
Well if  you think about your connection to my server. It is basically 128k,
since that is the MAX rate you will be sending to my server or any server
under optimal conditions.

I am sorry you could not connect to my server...;(
