Yes.


If you'vegot:

sv_maxclients 5
sv_privateclients 2
sv_privatepassword xxx

then the server shows up on GameSpy as a game with three available slots,
and when all three are full, regular players can't connect, but 2 players
with the password ("set password xxx" in the client console) will be able
to connect to the "full" server.
