[mohaa] Wrapping up the beta.

Lo.
i have put localization.cfg in the /main folder. i made a blank file for all
the missing files and it works great.
for all the missing files do the same. it runs without error. apparently this
'local...cfg' file is where you can edit the server messages ( only hearsay )
not tested.
