forums are ok for searching and stuff, but i prefer these types of discussions to go through a mailing list...  my personal preference... but things tend to stay better on topic and you don't have every mo and jo coming through flaming...

The mailing list will still be up and running, but maybe with more people aware of user support, the faster Linux can get more widespread acceptance (and get Ryan some more recognition for his hard work!).
