[mohaa] mohaa server start error

Lo.
for the missing .cfg's  i just put an empty file there an all was ok.
but on public server i havnt bothered, i get the errors but but server still
runs great. had about 25 ppl on it tonight no problems.

where should this file be and what should it contain?

also is there an archive for this list?
