It's megabit per second.
I think is less but you can define the maximum ammount of bytes for each 
player using
rate limitation in server config.
If for example you set it to 8000 each client can send and receive a 
maximum of 8000 byte per second.
In this way you can calculate the maximum bandwidth that you need (usually 
is lower).
