[mohaa] Server details

I'm sorry, but I don't really know more of the subject than what
I myself have learned form the attached document.

I can only guess, and my best guess is that you should use 120 for
the whole bandwidth.
I don't know how low you can set this without it becoming an
inconvinience to the players - Any experience, anybody?
Setting a higher rate than your actual bandwidth capacity can
deliver, works probably fine as long as you don't have more
players altogether than the sum of of your max rate allows.

This could explain - my theory only - the problems when server
becomes slow, even though pings are not very high:
When the sum of the players' max rate exeeds your bandwidth,
the server probably tries to deliver more to everyone than it
can - when it can't, it has to wait in order to get the packets
through. The server may stop until all is delivered - maybe just
a delay of some fractals of seconds, but a delay anyway. And
when this keeps repeating...

But as I wrote, this is my theory only. Anybody out there who
_really_ knows? Maybe we'll drop a note to the guys who wrote
the instructions @ mohadmin - if they don't subscribe to this list already.

Heikki
