[mohaa] Server details

I've seen guys who set max_rate to anywhere between 8,000 to 12,000. Whats
the best for a t1 connection? Does it make that much difference?

Nope it's about 1-1.5 mbps (second) bandwidth usage. I'm pretty sure on
this, however it also depends how busy your servers are...the more people on
them throughout the day will push more traffic...
basically I'm pushing ROUGHLY alittle less than 1T1's bw per server with
max_rate set to around 9000 per server.
