[mohaa] map rotation?

All you need to do is set the sv_maplist variable with a list of maps in
the order you'd like them to rotate, for example:

set sv_maplist "dm/mohdm1 dm/mohdm2 dm/mohdm4 dm/mohdm6 dm/mohdm7"
