I mentioned this some time ago, but someone (read -- not me), could take a
look at the Wolfenstein Admin Bot (WAB) and see if they couldn't mod it for
MOHAA use. It is a perl based background process that every few seconds
sweeps through the server's logfile, identifies TKer's (and I believe
high-pingers), then opens a socket to the server, runs rcon commands to kick
offenders and also displays a message of the day. I've looked at the source
code, but it is way beyond my modest perl skills. I'm also not convinced
that you can get it to work in MOHAA, namely because the server doesn't log
well enough to permit identifying TKer's, and the status page doesn't appear
to score people right either. This is something that Crow King talked about
in the documentation of AutoKick, because all he could accomplish is to get
rid of high-pingers (no mean feat in itself). Anyway, to make a long story
short, I don't think you can do anything about TKers except set the team
switch time to some minimal value and turn off friendly fire. Hopefully the
next version of MOH will include better support for the gaming community --
but alas -- EA is not the most responsive organization.
