Rcon acces

Hi guys,

Second question : How can i get immediate Rcon acces when i join our server ?

I read about putting a rcon.cfg file in the main dir of your game and putting the rcon ip and pass in it.
Tried it : didn't work..

Is it true about the rcon.cfg ? If yes what are the lines that have to be put in it ?
