[mohaa] Server Crashes

Ok I did as requested, only have 1 client able to connect.  I make a
change to the variable sv_maxclients to 16 and the server pukes.

Can you do me a favor and try running a completely clean server?

That is:

 - Get rid of entdefs.pk3 (at least rename it so it doesn't end with
.pk3,
so MOHAA doesn't pick it up)
 - Get rid of all .cfg files (same deal)
 - Run the server with NO command line arguments.
 - When the server comes up, type:

      g_gametype 1
      map dm/mohdm1

 - Connect to the server with a windows client and see what happens.

Sorry if this is a pain in the butt, but we need to figure out what's
going wrong to get it fixed. (The next step involves running a debugger,
so this continues to get worse.  :)  )
