Really people, its not that hard to setup, just upload the 6 pk3 files
from 
your windows installation of moh.  get the distribution off of ryan's 
website and follow his instructions, or the ones posted here. 

You don't have to upload any of the video or sound files from your
windows 
installation, just the pk3 files. 

just remember to set g_gametype and a map name, that at a minimum and
you 
will have a working server....  most q3 based games only need a mapname,
but 
moh needs g_gametype set, since its not by default
