I tried Maxrate 10,000 and Minrate 2500 last night and no one hardly said
anything about lag and wiht my cable connection I was faster than
ever...BOTH my Counter-Strike and MOHAA Server was running super smooth!

that's a huge difference in a backbone, even if multi-homed.... hope that
oc3 never goes down :)
