[mohaa] see server pakages?

we played a war on our server and they accused us of modding the server. is
there a way clients can view what pk3's the server is actually running?

Didn't qplug use to start quake type programs from a webpage? As well as
showing a bit of server status? Does anyone know what I'm talking about
and have a clue if it might work with mohaa?
