Greg that did the trick! Thanks a Million! Here is what I used (you got me
on the right track):
mohaa_lnxded +set dedicated 1 +set net_ip 209.240.4.253 +exec tdm.cfg
Also, Eric I still could not get your configs to work for some reason.....I
kept getting that 'bad interpreter error' when trying to run it....still
bothers me why it does that...just glad I am up and running and glad to
report not a single crash....I am also running my Counter-Strike Server on
the same machine...here is my specs:
1.2 GHz Athlon
768 Megs Ram
40 Gig Western Digital HD with 2 Meg Cache 7200 RPM
OC3 Connection to the net...all is welcome:

1. Put the linux binaries in /home/zaphod/MOHAA
2. make MOHHOME="/home/zaphod/MOHAA"
3. Edit your the start line in your script file to be
$MOHHOME/mohaa_lnxded +set dedicated 1 +set net_ip 209.240.4.253 +exec
tdm.cfg
That should do it.
