Okay the sdram_control and sdram portions of top_level are under the new 
naming convention, everything compiles and hopefully works. Some of the 
signals will have to be reassigned to the pins because of new names. (Don't 
worry, I didn't rename the data pins).

Current CVS should compile and work.

Benj if you're going to busy for the next bit mind if I borrow the board, I 
want to add some stuff to the sdram controller to speed it up, but I want to 
make sure its working periodically.
