[lugaru] Fixes for Xcode project

Hey,

I've addressed issues that came up after I upgraded Xcode to version 4 
and tested whether Lugaru compiles. I've started with the code at 
http://code.google.com/p/lugaru/ and changed the copy script in Xcode so 
that it takes the generic build location to copy Data/ and the SDL lib 
into the .app. I've also added Stereo.cpp and Settings.cpp to the Xcode 
project to address the linker errors.

After these changes, Lugaru compiles and runs as intended from within Xcode.

guys merge the fixes.
