[lokisetup] cvs.icculus.org is shutting down...

Oh believe me, I wouldn't wish this crap on anybody. I already tried.  
Many of the required libraries won't compile and I lack the will to  
try to port it.

In all likelihood we are going to drop SCO support for our product  
(for much of the same reasons), so it is mostly moot.
