Patch to shift loki_setup to gtk2

Attached is a first cut patch to shift Loki Setup to gtk2.

This also includes some modest use of stock icons,
as well as the use of Pango to dynamically size
license and readme windows.

This works for me, but has not been exhaustively tested.
