nested options' "tag" info doesn't get used in SETUP_OPTIONTAGS (fix)

Hi,

just wanted to give a quick shout for the (supposedly) fix for the 
problem mentioned above.

If you are using <option> tags in a nested way  you don't get the 
tag=".." info in SETUP_OPTIONTAGS (in order to use this eg. in a script).
The "bugfix" just uses optiontags_sub in order to do a recursive search 
for those option-tags (and probably more.. I'm not really a C Wizard so 
don't blame me if it's kinda sucky ;-)).
