Jon C's OS X patches are in CVS.

On top of this, I've got a contractor working on a full OS X port (UI and
all), btw. The expectation is that this port will move forward quickly,
since we're hoping to use it for Unreal Tournament 2003 on the Mac (both
the retail CDs and the downloadable demo). Hopefully the money will show
up so I'm not lying right now.  :)
