I'm sorry, I wasn't clear: there is a Gnome menu option there, with the
name ut2003_demo, but no icon associated with it.

This is an older Gnome.

Item also shows up on Gnome's "KDE menus" section, no icon.

I'll send you a tarball of the install image without the 100 meg worth of
datafiles if you want to try it on your end.
