[lokisetup] dialog_ui, wrapping long lines in license / readme boxes

xsu is something that needs to be 'looked at'. It can't go in as is, as it
would need to be integrated into auto* stuff (I don't know a whole lot
about autotools). Basically with a --enable-xsu in the configure I
suppose, and the correct auto* stuff in xsu dir (right now I have a
hardcoded command line at the end of ABI-stripping.txt which I use to
build.. )

There is also the per-option eula prompt, that may need to be discussed if
we really want this in or just keep it aside as an informative patch (it's
a bit hackish actually).
