Q2Setup && cd issues

I still have problems with setup not detecting mounted cds.
It requires one retry But at least it's copying all of the quake2 pak
files now.

Is anyone feeling like fixing cd handling, or should I just release
quake2 setup as is, with some kind of warning? Ryan can perhaps explain
it in more detail, if he remembers...

Also, setup goes nuts here if I hit cancel when it asks to retry.
(Becomes nearly unkillable, possibly giving the user a feeling of
'locking up' on a slower machine).
