[lokisetup] obtaining root rights - one way or the other

Well actually, what I'm thinking about is to bundle xsu with the setup
Since it's not an suid root, it can be run as is before setup.sh is
executed. I haven't actually looked at it yet, so I can't be completely
positive. The only external program we would rely on is 'su'.
