[lokisetup] Failed copies?

Err, it most definitely should. But for looking quickly at the code, it
seems like it doesn't do anything. It does abort, but it doesn't inform
the user in any way. I guess this should be fixed.

Also this may depend on the plugin handling the particular file type.
Maybe some of them have better error handling than the standard "file
copy" behavior, but I doubt it.
