Missing files...

Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I saw no FAQs posted...

When I try to compile loki_setupdb, the compiler can find neither
parser.h nor tree.h... looking in the c file I see that they are in
angle-brackets, so I assume that they should be part of some library,
but I have no clue *WHAT* library.  Also, should checking for this
library be added to ./configure, so it is more obvious to fix in the
future?
