[hammerfight] Linux Bugs

I use Linux exclusively and noticed that on my 32bit Slackware computer (AMD
X4 640/NVidia GeForce 9500GT) that there are a few bugs. First is the
CPU_SLEEP issue, which can be remedied by editing config.ini. The second
breaks the game (or at least the easy mode) The bug is here.
