[Gtkradiant] FYI - new builds

Im in favor of including these libs with the releases.
I use arch linux as well, and it provides by default:
libjpeg.so.8,
libpng15.so and libpng14.so

Older version require manual work, as previously stated. I guess Gentoo 
and everything else "non-debian" based is on the same level.
Eventually even ubuntu and co will not have these libs anymore, 
rendering unfrequently maintained radiant-packages useless.
