[Gtkradiant] Minimum grid size and disappearing brushes

I'm uneasy following what is "recommended" here.  I don't think we're
going to change the grid stuff.
In fact, I believe that most things are snapped to integer or
something like that.  In all the maps I make, I try to make sure that
vertices are on integer coordinates, and if that's not possible, I
make sure that the integers that specify the planes in the .map format
are integer.

I noted this "bug" down and will look into it later but I'm afraid
that probably no action will be taken to address this.
