[Gtkradiant] ZeroRadiant and locale

@Rudolf - I think it's the entity definition files that are not being parsed
correctly.  I'm not 100% sure however.  At least I know that this happens
when editing maps for Urban Terror using ZeroRadiant.  I cannot add a light
entity to my map when in e.g. Italian locale and not having LC_NUMERIC=C in
my environment.  I used to have the error message written down but I've lost
it.  I can reproduce it tonight if needed.
