[Gtkradiant] Analyzing the mapq3 parser & some suggestions

It seems like you missed a couple messages where we talked about how a forum
would benefit us, but if you guys really don't want one, then it's alright,
but I really think it'd tremendously help group the remaining GtkRadiant
deverlopers/users/whatever into one place. We can have different sections,
one of them being for support, what's wrong with that? It'll be community
support, they'll help each other out.

As for using Trac, I agree. My friend used to use that on his site and it
was pretty neat, just make sure you know how to use it completely. It
already has a web Subversion interface and a wiki and other neat things like
you mentioned, we could simply add a forum and link to it from within the
front page or something. Just make sure the server supports Python, as I
think it requires it.

But yeah, nice suggestion, it'd be better than having to have separate
things such as WikiMedia, WebSVN, Bugtraq (Which keeps getting spammed), and
other things, this way with Trac it'll all be manageable.
